Convert audio formats
MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, FLAC — the everyday roster, converted both ways, at the quality you choose.
- 1Drop your audio files
Batch is fine — an album of WAVs to MP3 takes a few minutes, unattended.
- 2Choose format and bitrate
MP3 at 192 for general use; WAV or FLAC when something downstream needs lossless. The estimate shows the likely output size before you commit.
- 3Convert and download
Files come out one by one, or all together in a ZIP.
Questions people actually ask
Can conversion add quality back?
No — a 128 kbps MP3 re-saved at 320 is still 128 kbps of real information in a bigger coat. Lossless outputs from lossless inputs are the only honest upgrade.
What about M4A and AAC?
Both work. M4A is AAC in an Apple-shaped box — common from phones and voice memos.
How close is the size estimate?
Very close for MP3, M4A and OGG at a fixed bitrate. WAV and FLAC are estimated at 44.1 kHz stereo 16-bit, so mono or 48 kHz files can come out smaller.
