PDF tools that never upload your file

Merge, split, crop, rotate, squeeze, sign, lock and convert PDFs — with the document staying in your browser the whole time. No account, no watermark, no server queue.

Pick a tool by the job you need done. The everyday ones are at the top: merge, split, compress, reorder. The ones people ask for after that — crop, signatures, password protection, metadata cleanup — are here too, implemented with the same local-only rule.

Password protection uses real PDF encryption, not a fake lock screen. Unlock only works when you know the password, because there is no bypass and no server that could try one for you. Cropping changes the page's crop box without re-rendering the page, so text stays selectable.

Everything the PDF does — plus the things you wish it would. Merged, split, squeezed and converted, all on your machine.

Which PDF tool should I use?

One file in, a different file out: use Compress, Rotate, Crop, Watermark, Page Numbers, Protect or Unlock. Those change the document itself.

Several files in: Merge joins PDFs end to end. Images to PDF puts JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF or SVG pictures onto pages. Bulk Compressor runs the same squeeze over a whole folder.

Pages out: Split cuts one document into several. Extract Pages keeps a selection; Delete Pages removes one. Reorder changes the sequence without touching anything else.

Text and images out: PDF to JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP or TIFF renders each page as a picture. PDF to Text and the OCR tool pull the words out; OCR is the one to use for scans.

Messages, reviews and bug reports go to a private feedback log on this site. Nothing is published, and your files are never uploaded.

For a broken tool: the tool name, browser, and the steps that led to it are the most useful things. Do not paste passwords, keys or a sensitive file.
