Links, Wi-Fi, vCards and plain text as a clean PNG or SVG, with a contrast check before you print.
- 1Start from a preset or paste content
Text, URL, Wi-Fi, vCard, email, SMS, phone or geo — each loads an editable template.
- 2Style it
Foreground and background colours, error-correction level, output size, quiet zone and physical print width.
- 3Check and download
The contrast guard and print-size warning flag risky combinations; the SVG is written at your chosen millimetre width.
Questions people actually ask
Low contrast colours — bad idea?
Dark-on-light with real contrast scans reliably; light-on-dark and low-contrast pairs fail on many phone cameras. The contrast guard warns below 4.5:1 and whenever the foreground is lighter than the background.
How much text fits?
Comfortably: a few hundred characters. At that point the code gets dense and needs to be printed bigger to scan from a distance. The print-size line tells you the millimetres per module.
What does the self-check do?
Where the browser exposes BarcodeDetector, the generated PNG is decoded back and compared with your text. If the API is unavailable, the page says so instead of pretending it verified.
